Well, look no further. I’ve travelled to over 18 different Mediterranean regions in pursuit of regional flavors, recipes, and culinary traditions. My passion for nutrition and cultural associations to food is the basis for the NourishMyWorld blog.
As an accredited Nutritional Therapist, I also evaluate these foods with my nutritional-science background to share their health benefits.
I truly love the Mediterranean region’s broad variety, including regionally-diverse dishes and flavors that can be easily explored from within your own kitchen. Family and friends also gather around the table together daily to share a meal. So I believe there’s a tremendous beauty across these cultures, where food serves as an instrument for connection.
